Two Decades Inside the Science of Consciousness

From ancient contemplative wisdom to modern noetic research one continuous question: what is heart consciousness capable of?

Ajmal Khan

is a noetic researcher, HeartMath coherence practitioner, naturopathic medicine practitioner, and the founder of Noetist.

For more than twenty years, I have been immersed in the study and practice of consciousness — bridging the world’s great contemplative traditions with the emerging science of mind, intention, and human potential. What began as a personal search for deeper understanding became a lifelong discipline: studying how states of consciousness shape health, perception, decision-making, and achievement — and, more importantly, how those states can be deliberately trained.

I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Noetic Sciences, where my research explores the practical applications of heart consciousness — how measurable inner states of heart translate into real-world clarity, resilience, and performance.

I am a practitioner and teacher of HeartMath-based coherence techniques, using professional-grade heart rate variability (HRV) technology to help clients see their inner state change as they train it. For me, this is the heart of the Noetist approach: consciousness work should be experiential, practical, and — wherever possible — measurable.

Through Noetist, I teach what I call heart wisdom: the disciplined, learnable art of aligning heart, mind, and intention so that life becomes less about struggle and more about coherent, purposeful movement toward what matters.
